Started Another Successful Business With Less Than $500 -And Sorry I've Been Away
Sorry that I've been out of touch but I started another successful business using junk yard parts, video and a little known technology. I'm not writing that here to gloat but to prove to you that real people are making real money by starting their own businesses with less than $500.
The truth of the matter is that it cost less than $500, I'll talk about it more later when I can but for now here is a business you can start with less than $500.
Someone wrote to me asking for a concrete business that they can start that is BOOMING in this recession so let's discuss one here. With all of the foreclosures that are happening, people losing their jobs and money getting scarcer, renters are now having a harder time paying rent. The eviction business is BOOMING and it doesn't take a lot of money to start.
All you have to do to understand how it works is easy. Do an internet search on evictions in your county and read with a fine toothed comb the way it works. I'm talking about is it a 3 day or 5 day pay rent or quit notice. How soon can the eviction process happen. Who gets the paperwork when etc... etc...
With the economy being the way it is I'm sure that you must know at least one person that has gone through an eviction, is going through an eviction to walk through it with them to gain experience. If you really don't know anyone then I swear this works but put an ad in Craigslist advertising that you will walk through the process for 5 lucky winners. By the end of the 5 evictions you will know everything you need to know to do evictions.
They are not complicated at all. Call around to the eviction companies in your area to find out what kind of a premium they are receiving. In Las Vegas the average eviction if you do it yourself costs about $150. The three companies I called (research) told me prices that in total would cost somewhere around $300-$500+ depending on the complexity. The nice thing is that you would be making that difference.
It doesn't take a license and evictions are increasing. See, you too can be in a boom business even during a recession.
