I can't stress how important it is to put things in Craigslist where it will be seen. You really can turn a nice profit if you buy things on discount because the person is moving, doesn't know what they have, getting a divorce etc... A motivated seller is what you are looking for then once you get it for a cheap price, you turn around as a savvy seller and sell it for much more.
